Three ways I work with steel

Every piece starts as a 3D model and a cutting algorithm I write myself. Then the steel is cut by laser and assembled by hand.

Tell me about your idea
Where would you like the sculpture to go? Share your ideas, approximate dimensions and any preferences for the style or subject. A photo of the space is helpful. If you have a budget or a date in mind, include those too.
Agree on the details
We discuss the design direction, size and finish, including whether the sculpture will be indoors or outdoors. Before work begins, I provide a quote and an estimated timeline.
See the design
I create a 3D model so you can see how the sculpture will look. We review the design and agree on any changes before the steel is cut.
Cutting and assembly
The steel sheets are laser-cut, then assembled by hand using rivets or welds. If lighting is part of the design, it is integrated during assembly.
Delivery and installation
The finished sculpture is delivered and installed in its agreed location. Delivery arrangements and any installation requirements are discussed in advance.
